Welcome. This site has been working so well. I've been able to keep our sixth graders informed about assignments and to communicate with them through blogging.

I am asking my students to blog questions, things they've learned, or useful websites to me at my most recent blog. (The one at the top of the blog page) Click on comments. I am asking for first name and last initial and that's all. I will delete any blogs without a name. Please do not include e mail address. I will try to reply a.s.a.p in capital letters below comments left for me.

ASSIGNMENTS for the week of

5/12/08

Students will be given a copy of the test in class to take notes on to study for Thursday's test. Study all weather words and review sections at the end of each chapter of the book.

WHAT ARE WE UNCOVERING THIS WEEK....We are finishing up our weather unit by starting a project on storms. Each class is assigned one type of storm and will pool the info. they find on line to create a wiki. These wikis will be able to be viewed at home.
